Property Gauge is a business analytics tool for property managers and owners that provides operational intelligence and predictions about our clients’ multi-family properties. Based on current operating metrics, Property Gauge can predict future occupancy, cash flow, and occupancy.
The Implementation Consultant role is for experienced corporate trainers focused on instructing Property Gauge customers on the use and implementation of the company’s software, a business intelligence tool for the multi-family real estate management industry. In this position, the consultant will use their expertise in Property Gauge’s software to train clients on using the software effectively in real-world scenarios, both on-site and via online learning. Initially, the consultant will shadow experienced team members to understand best practices for implementing our solutions within the multi-family real estate management space.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and conducting software training sessions tailored to the specific needs of multi-family property management, both on-site and via webinars.
  • Educate clients on key software functionality used in managing multi-family properties.

  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving basic software issues, working closely with the Development team for more complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training agendas, trip reports, timesheets, and system-related updates to ensure effective communication and documentation.
  • Support QA effort with software testing and product modifications.
  • Proactively report any challenges or events that may impact the effectiveness, timeline, or budget of software implementations to senior staff or management.
  • Create client-facing and internal documentation such as quick reference guides, FAQs, and “how-to” materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and technical staff, explaining technical aspects of the software in a way that non-technical users can easily understand, particularly in the context of multi-family management operations.
  • Participate in user conferences, facilitating sessions or discussions related to multi-family property management and the Property Gauge software.
  • Travel between 30-50% to client sites to provide on-site training and support.
