What You’ll Do

• Learn the Jenesis platform inside and out
• Deliver engaging training sessions via Zoom (camera on)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide post-training support and follow-ups to ensure successful adoption
• Identify software bugs and share feature suggestions with our development team
• Record helpful training videos for new features and our learning library
• Test new system updates for usability and clarity
• Collaborate with management to align training goals with company vision
• Occasionally work outside standard hours when needed

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry (agency, carrier, or vendor required)
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator (not an entry-level position)
• Experience in commercial insurance is a plus
• CRM experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must pass a full background check

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 annually
• Bonus opportunities
