Assign each student a thesis or dissertation advisor and ensure, via the platform, that the 5 annual meetings between the student and advisor take place (with meeting summaries provided on the platform).
Ensure DBA students achieve a satisfactory level through individual meetings conducted yearly.
Attend the initial meeting between the academic director, thesis/dissertation advisor, reference researcher, and the student.
Monitor and verify the course progress and completion status of students.
Provide an introductory presentation about the platform and its operations.
Participate in the oral defence of the thesis or dissertation, post-approval from the respective advisor.
