Software Trainer (m/f/d) Online and in the field

Your mission:

• Training and education of our customers in the application of .snap in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Introduction and individual consultation regarding our software for our new customers, including project responsibility.
• Conducting in-person and online seminars for existing and new customers
• Contact person and consultant for our customers regarding process optimization
• Expert for all matters relating to our software
• Analysis of customer training needs and derivation of measures

Your skills:

• A degree in business administration or social pedagogy, or alternatively, successfully completed vocational training in the commercial, technical or nursing field with relevant professional experience.
• Career changers with professional experience in training or nursing (e.g., certified geriatric nurses) are welcome.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
• Good manners and customer focus
• A high degree of empathy and communication skills
• Independent work and analytical skills
• Software affinity and interest in new technologies
