Description

Software Developer for Embedded Systems (m/f/d)

The task:

Have you always wanted to be jointly responsible for software throughout its entire development: from product definition and software architecture, through programming, to the innovative final product?  

Then you will become part of our experienced software team in  process/fluid sensor technology :

Specification, design and programming of embedded software for our sensors 
Implementation of new product requirements in close collaboration with our hardware development team 
Design of software architectures and implementation of portable software components 
Integration of IO-Link, digital and analog interfaces and user interfaces
Responsibility for the proactive improvement of our tool landscape and development methods

The profile:

In addition, you will bring: 

Completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
Several years of professional experience as a software developer
Excellent programming skills in C
Extensive experience in programming embedded devices and microcontrollers
Experience in handling real-time operating systems and operating system-less hardware platforms 
Very good German skills (language level C1 or comparable) and good English skills.
