Storytelling with data: strong skills in articulating the benefit or requirement associated with a soho base management strategy: drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to a business audience. Build, develop and track automated reporting and performance metrics that support better offers and business decisions mainly for revenue growth and Soho Base management. Responsible of overall P&L for SOHO segment by driving growth through customer value based campaigns & B&C sales activities Optimise campaign & activity results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements Defines the rules for optimization of channels, ensure the right channel for each offer/product and manage contact rules across channels Leading Soho squad in order to develop B&C sales journies in Pega Insights and data driven reasoning Customer oriented mindset Results driven and delivery focused approach Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business teams Exceptional project and stakeholder management skiils.
