JOB SUMMARY - SOIL SAMPLING COORDINATOR

This is a role within the Waste Management department of Ecofficiency, this team manage the pricing and procurement for the Customer Service Sales and Service teams for all non-hazardous waste including wheelie bins, skips and tankers.
This will be a great opportunity for somebody who wants to develop their procurement career with Ecofficiency.
Working alongside your colleagues you will take responsibility for the provision of services, building relationships with external suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure products and services are procured accurately, at competitive market rates and client satisfaction is maximised.

Responsibilities

Purchasing of non-operational products and services.
Pricing items for Customer Service, reviewing services levels and customer requirements, utilising Central Supply Chain where needed.
Ensure that all suppliers conform to industry standards and services are delivered within SLA’s.
Follow up with calls and emails, negotiating rates where required to convert to order.
Assist in tender compilation, working with the sales teams to provide suitable options which protect margin and provide client satisfaction.
Establish effective working relationships with internal and external contacts. Record, update and maintain customer data and customer interaction.
Point of escalation for internal supplier issues, including missing KPI’s, service delivery issues, failed services, incident and accident reports.
