JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Solar & Battery Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. You will be the trusted advisor for homeowners and businesses transitioning to smarter energy with Panda Power, guiding clients from the initial consultation through to tailored system design and proposal.
At Panda Power, we ensure our clients feel confident in their decision by delivering detailed, informative, and welcoming proposals. This role is both sales and education. helping customers understand solar and battery technology, financial incentives, and energy cost savings, while providing a transparent, customer-first experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 2 years’ proven solar and battery sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
· Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and discipline.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
· Organized and able to prioritize multiple projects.
· Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology.
· Current valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
· Must be authorized to work in Australia.
· Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events.
· Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations to assess energy usage, property layout, and client goals.
· Customer Education: Clearly explain solar and battery benefits, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
· Proposal Creation: Prepare and present customized proposals with ROI analysis, rebate eligibility, and tailored solutions.
· System Design: Use advanced modeling tools to create optimal solar and/or battery system designs.
· Project Liaison: Act as Panda Power’s point of contact between customers and installation teams for smooth handovers.
· Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a transparent, low-pressure approach.
· Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on solar trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
