JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of selecting the right solar solutions for their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent time management skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • A drive for achieving targets and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • A willingness to learn about solar technology and stay informed on industry developments.
    Driving license is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £24,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using IT systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
