THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project Manager / Solar Engineer to join our dynamic team. This dual role is suited to someone with both technical and project delivery experience in the solar PV and battery storage sector.
You will oversee projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring high-quality outcomes, compliance, and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with and oversee engineering team
• Undertake system design and engineering (PV, battery, grid connections).
• Manage solar and battery projects from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, councils, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects comply with WHS, EMS, SWMS, and QMS requirements.
• Lead site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Contribute to tender submissions and technical proposals.
