PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
• Preferred 4 years as engineer in the construction industry.
• Knowledge in Green Renewables Energy will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated Analytical, Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Prioritization Skills to ensure to meet management and client expectation.
• Superior Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities.
• Proficiency with AUTOCAD, 3D drawing and Microsoft Office products required.
• Proven ability to work both independently and or collaboratively with different levels of employees.

ROLE PURPOSE:

The solar engineer reporting and work closely with project manager to supervise and manage day to day operations of the Company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, plan and install solar energy systems.
• Onsite planning and managing of installation teams.
• Liaising with customers during installation stage till completion.
• Control and manage the project budget.
• Manage direct or indirect contractor/supplier to ensure project meet the milestones within the deadline.
• Liaise with professional to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.
• Manage all matters relating to company inventory.
