Solar Laborer I SUMMARY  Mortenson is currently seeking a Laborer I that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts. RESPONSIBILITIES * Load and unload equipment and materials * Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts * Solar panel install * Rigging * Racking assembly * Torque tube assembly * Pile layout * General cleanup and clearing of debris * All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in construction preferred * Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies * Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback * Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements * *Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs. * Please note: this position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
