We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Company Marketer to join our team at PMCE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract new customers, and drive sales growth. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative thinking, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Brand Management:Enhance PMCE’s brand image and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing:Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising.
Develop content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to engage with our audience.
Campaign Management:Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and events.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Customer Engagement:Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
Partnerships and Collaborations:Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders to expand PMCE’s reach.
Work closely with influencers and media outlets to promote our services.
Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications Required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
