Role Overview: We are seeking a Solar Plant Monitoring Engineer to join our dynamic operations team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will monitor the performance of multiple solar PV plants, perform root-cause analysis for downtime, and contribute to data analytics and process automation to maximize generation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor real-time data from multiple solar PV plants through SCADA systems and remote monitoring platforms. · Identify performance deviations, inverter or string faults, and communication interruptions. · Perform first-level fault diagnosis and escalate critical issues to site O&M teams or OEMs. · Analyze performance trends and identify key drivers affecting PLF, PR, and CUF. · Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports. · Track downtime events and ensure timely closure through the monitoring ticketing system. · Support initiatives for automation, analytics, and reporting optimization (using Power BI, Python, or Excel). · Maintain clear and detailed shift logs to ensure smooth shift handovers. · Ensure compliance with Enfinity Global’s operational SOPs and HSE standards. Qualifications & Skills: · Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related discipline. · Experience: 1–3 years in solar power plant monitoring, O&M analytics, or performance analysis. · Sound understanding of solar PV systems (inverters, transformers, SCADA, string monitoring, etc.). · Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, or Python. · Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with site teams and vendors. · Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night).
