Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an organized, proactive go-getter who thrives on making things happen — especially when it’s for a cause that truly matters?
At Solarfix, we’re helping people take control of their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint by switching to clean, renewable solar power. Now, we’re looking for a Solar Project Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and bring that vision to life on the ground.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of our residential and commercial solar installations — from initial planning through to project completion. You’ll coordinate timelines, manage contractors, communicate with customers, and keep everything running on schedule (and on budget). Think of yourself as the glue between the tech, the teams, and the transformation happening on rooftops around the country.
If you’re someone who loves solving problems, keeping things moving, and being part of a passionate, purpose-driven team — this is your chance to help accelerate the clean energy transition, one project at a time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Review and process solar installation assessments for scheduling readiness.
Schedule installation jobs and assign internal or external teams using the company calendar.
Liaise with project managers, installers, and clients to confirm installation dates and access requirements.
Order plant equipment and arrange scaffolding as required for each job.
Monitor project timelines and adjust scheduling as needed to accommodate changes.
Maintain accurate records of scheduling, equipment orders, and job status.
Ensure effective communication across all departments involved in project delivery.
Identify and resolve any logistical or scheduling conflicts that may arise.
Support general operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
