Context Voltaïca is a French B2B solar PV developer experiencing strong growth and currently expanding its activities in Italy. The company is developing projects across several Italian regions (Lombardy, Veneto, Sardinia, Lazio, Apulia) and is looking for local support to strengthen its development activities. Mission Objective Support the development and acquisition of photovoltaic projects in Italy, from early-stage identification through permitting and contractual negotiation. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify PV projects (greenfield and brownfield) Manage permitting processes with public authorities Analyze incentive schemes and support mechanisms (GSE: FER, CER, Agrisolar Park, Energy Release) Negotiate project acquisition agreements with developers Negotiate land agreements (land purchase, surface rights – DDS) Coordinate with local developers, engineering firms, and notaries Monitor regulatory developments (GSE, ARERA, RED III – EU Renewable Energy Directive, MASE) Provide structured weekly reporting to management Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in solar PV project development in Italy Strong knowledge of Italian permitting procedures Proven experience in land negotiation Established local network (developers, public authorities, consultants) Ability to work independently Good understanding of electricity market mechanisms: PUN, PPA, trading, GSE incentives Preferred Qualifications Experience with PPA projects (>5 MWp), CER, FER schemes Knowledge of the secondary market and IPPs in Italy Familiarity with collaborative tools (CRM, Teams, advanced Excel) 📍 Conditions 📅 Start: April 2026 📍 Milan-based | Field-oriented role ⏳ Duration: 6 to 12 months, renewable 📆 Workload: 2 to 4 days per week depending on activity volume 💰 Compensation: depending on profile + success fee per MW signed
