We are looking for a Solar PV Electrician and Electricians mate/panel installer, to add a new Solar Team to our West Midlands Region.
As a Solar Electrical Team, you’ll be on the front lines of installing and commissioning solar PV systems in residential, commercial, and sometimes industrial settings. You’ll combine technical know-how with an Eco-conscious mindset to deliver safe, reliable, and future-proof energy solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certificate
  • Solar PV Qualification
  • Experience working with solar PV systems
  • Genuinely passionate about renewable energy and sustainable technology
  • Excellent fault-finding skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
  • Install and wire solar photovoltaic (PV) systems (including inverters, battery storage, EV chargers)
  • Conduct electrical assessments prior to installation
  • Configure and troubleshoot DC and AC circuits, ensuring full system functionality
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and fellow installers to meet deadlines
  • Ensure all work complies with BS7671 wiring regulations and MCS installation standards
