QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven experience as a roofer, ideally with solar installation experience.
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations, working at heights, and fall protection systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit with good balance and manual dexterity.
• Valid CSCS card or equivalent qualification.
• Working at Heights and Manual Handling certifications are preferred.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

JOB PURPOSE

The ideal candidate will specialise in the installation of solar panel mounting systems, working closely with other roofing and solar professionals to ensure high-quality installations that meet industry accreditations, health and safety regulations, and customer expectations. This role does not include electrical work but requires extensive experience with roofing and structural components.
