WHO YOU ARE:

• Solid roofing or solar experience (you know your way around a layout, fixings, and a roof)
• Comfortable working on heights and pitches, with proper fall arrest
• Can handle installs independently and pitch in with junior team members
• Take pride in clean, safe, high-standard work
• Sound communicator, reliable, and decent to work with

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for experienced solar roofers or tradespeople to join the Mitros installation team. If you’ve worked on solar before, or come from a strong roofing/carpentry background, this is a proper, long-term role with room to grow — no subcontracting, no messing.
You’ll be trusted to run full installs on a mix of residential, commercial, and agri sites across the country. We operate as a tight in-house team, so you’ll be working alongside our electricians, roofers, and project managers from first panel to final sign-off.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Complete solar installs on rooftops (domestic and commercial)
• Handle panel layout, mounting, torqueing and sealing
• Support cable runs and pre-wiring for the electrical team
• Keep site organised and safe – report snags, finish strong
• Help guide less experienced installers and share what you know
• Sometimes stay overnight (we cover travel, fuel, and digs)
