REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience installing solar PV systems on various roof types
  • Roofing/Carpentry qualification
  • At least 5 years roofing experience on a variety of different roof types
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal staff and customers where required
  • Must be driven, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Must have a passion for what you do and have pride in your work
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Up to €70,000.00 per year

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Solar PV Roofer to join our installation team.
The day-to-day role will involve travelling to sites in a designated region in a branded company vehicle, erecting scaffolding and installing solar PV panels on our customers’ homes, farms and businesses in line with building regulations, SEAI and health and safety requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installing solar PV systems, consisting of solar panels and mounting systems on domestic, commercial and agricultural roofs.
  • Engage with homeowners and advise on works being undertaken or changes to initial scope of works.
  • Erecting and disassembling aluminum scaffolding towers.
  • Plan work on site in line with the planning, drawings & project requirements.
  • Complete works in the allocated time, ensuring a high standard of work at all times.
  • Compile, record, and submit all required documentation required for our project coordination and grants department.
