ABOUT THE ROLE

As our electrical business grows, we’re on the lookout for a Solar Sales Consultant to join our friendly, passionate team. This role is full-time, but we’re open to flexible working arrangements for the right person.
This is not your typical hard-sell sales job. We’re not interested in flashy pitches or making promises just to close a deal. We’re looking for someone who is genuine, willing to learn, and passionate about helping customers get the best, most cost-effective solar solution based on real knowledge and care.
You’ll be guiding customers through the process of going solar - designing tailored systems, providing honest and informed advice, and building real relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY

• Set appointments and meet with leads (no cold calling)
• Design custom solar systems and provide accurate, clear quotes
• Track your leads and jobs through our CRM system
• Follow up promptly with all leads and ensure clear communication
• Take your customers from initial enquiry right through to booked installation
• Assist with ordering materials or back-end support
• Maintain strong communication with the Director and Lead Electrician to ensure a seamless customer journey
