With the new Federal and NSW government battery rebates now active, we’re seeing a huge surge in interest from past leads — and we’re looking for motivated junior salespeople to jump in and help convert this momentum into real impact.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contact and follow up with warm leads
• Build rapport and guide customers through the rebate process
• Educate leads on the benefits of solar + battery storage
• Use scripts and CRM tools to track your follow-ups
• Help homeowners get started on reducing their $3k–$5k yearly power bills
• Work within a team to hit sales targets

This is a perfect entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to break into solar sales.
You’ll be speaking with warm leads from our database — customers who’ve already shown interest and now just need a little help taking the next step.

Your job is to:

• Call and follow up with old and recent leads
• Explain the benefits of solar and the new battery rebate (up to $17,000)
• Book consultations for our senior Solar Specialists
• Earn commission when those bookings convert — and bonus commission if you close the deal yourself
