Pay: $32.20 per hour base, with the potential to earn up to $2,000 weekly OTE through an excellent commission structure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers, introducing them to the benefits of solar battery solutions.
· Customer Education: Engage with leads and educate them on the value of sustainable energy solutions, answering questions and overcoming objections.
· Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule meetings with our expert solar design consultants to move the sales process forward.
· Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales team to share insights, best practices, and support each other’s success.
