Job Title: Solar Sales Executive
About Us: Activ8 Solar Energies are seeking ambitious solar sales executives to join our growing sales team. Activ8 have been Ireland’s leading solar installer since 2007 and are synonymous with premium, quality products and services in the solar energy sector. We have nationwide opportunities with the option to work remotely. Positions come inclusive of salary, uncapped commission, bonus, company car and flexible working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS/KEY SKILLS:

  • Proven track record in a customer-facing sales environment.
  • Sales executive and/or account management experience is essential.
  • Strong numerical skills to report and assess pipeline and sales performance.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving sales metrics and performance targets.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
Responsibilities
  • Visit prospective customers at their homes to carry out site surveys, identify opportunities, and design bespoke solar systems to meet individual needs.
  • Manage all aspects of client’s accounts during the system commissioning process.
  • Keep customers informed at every stage by providing timely updates and information.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service and courtesy calls.
  • Complete all sales order documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure a smooth client transition, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain high customer engagement.
  • Represent Activ8 Solar Energies professionally at all times, ensuring our reputation for quality and excellence is maintained with every customer engagement.
