REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the energy or solar industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and networking events to generate new business opportunities.

  • Present product offerings to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
