WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong work ethic and student mentality with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proven sales experience (preferably B2C); solar experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, engage, and persuade customers.
  • Self-motivation and drive to thrive in a performance-based environment and consistently achieve sales goals.
  • CRM experience preferred, with comfort using sales tools and tracking systems.
  • Leadership skills are an asset, as we are always looking for future team leaders and managers.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and their available options.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels, including door-to-door marketing, cold calling, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Use our CRM system to manage customer data and track sales progress.
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to our project management team.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
