Location: Within 50KM of Calgary, Alberta
Position: Part-time to Full-time (growth-based)
Compensation: $165,000+ for managers (uncapped earnings)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring two Sales Team Members to join Solis Energy’s brand-new business development division. This is a rare chance to get in at the ground level of a division launch with direct mentorship from ownership.
You’ll be the face of Solis Energy in rural Alberta towns and counties around Calgary, building trust and excitement for solar among farmers, acreage owners, and small-town residents.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct cold outreach within rural Alberta (door-to-door, events, community presence)
  • Introduce Solis Energy’s solar solutions to farmers, acreage owners, and small businesses
  • Build relationships with hardworking Albertans who value honesty and care
  • Transition into a leadership role within 2 months by managing and training your own team
  • Represent Solis Energy with professionalism, compassion, and confidence
