We are hiring a Solar Plant Technician with a basic electrical background. The ideal candidate must know how to read and write and be willing to work at solar project sites.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least high school level or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of electrical work (wiring, tools, safety).
• Able to read and write in English.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors under the sun.
• Previous work experience in solar or electrical jobs is a plus.

• Support in the installation and maintenance of solar panels and electrical systems.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and engineers on-site.
• Check and report any problems with the solar system.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the worksite.
• Follow all safety procedures.
