The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Solar Technician to join our Services team where you will play a hands-on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets for Solar Farms across Australia. Supporting a wide range of preventative maintenance activities and other emerging customer requirements, you will be at the forefront tomorrow’s technology where you will make a true Impact. Your focus will be on Transformers and Inverters in support of various Solar Farm locations which are rapidly expanding and aligned with our Mission to be the trusted partner in Sustainability and Efficiency. This exciting new career opportunity will see you: Completing a variety of field service tasks across varied solar Farm locations Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasks Providing technical support and specialist advice to Customers Acting as a role model in support of HS&E requirements and other internal processes Enjoying regular structured training and development opportunities Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements Travel outside of area with some interstate and regional travel required Our ideal candidate will possess: A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!) Previous experience in a similar environment and/or Field Service or Maintenance position Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.
