Description
A 30m sailing yacht is seeking a Stewardess with purser responsibilities and some deck involvement to join a full-time, well-structured program. The yacht runs a full Mediterranean regatta season, combined with approximately six weeks of owner cruising each summer. The program is performance-driven, so candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced sailing environment and willing to assist on deck when required. The role is primarily interior-focused, managing service, housekeeping and day-to-day guest care to a high standard. In addition, the position includes purser duties, so strong organisational skills are essential, including handling accounts, expenses, logistics and general administration. You will also be expected to assist on deck during manoeuvres, racing periods and deliveries, so a sailing background is preferred. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and integrate into a close-knit, performance-focused crew. A positive attitude and willingness to support across departments are key. The yacht is based in Mallorca during the winter, offering a structured off-season for maintenance and preparation. Responsibilities
Manage all interior operations including high-standard housekeeping, guest service, and comprehensive purser duties such as accounting and logistics. Provide additional support on deck during racing maneuvers, deliveries, and sailing periods.
