Description

A 34m SY is seeking a Sole Stew to join their exciting world cruising program. This is a private program, with a good history of crew longevity and adventurous owners who like to get to know the crew and make sure that they can enjoy the destinations where possible. They will be based in Indonesia over the summer, and the owners will mostly be enjoying diving and sailing. They will then cruise to Palau and the surrounding Micronesian Islands before making their way to Japan in time for the spring blossom, and eventually the Aleutian Islands to Alaska and BC. We are looking for a self driven, experienced stewardess, with a positive and adventurous attitude. The crew onboard love to explore whenever possible and looking for someone who fits in to this dynamic. Love for the sea (snorkelling/ diving) is a must. Padi or Dive master will be big plus, as crew take turns diving with Owner and Dive Master onboard. The boat has heavy owner usage, with the boss giving crew any opportunity to experience the same things he does, whenever possible. However, they are still long trips and looking for someone who isn’t scared by this, someone with experience on longer boss trips a must. This is a unique and special program because of the itinerary and owner and looking for someone who is ready to explore and commit for the adventure ahead. It is a family boat, and often there will just be one to two guests. The crew is really keen on the adventure ahead and they are keen to have someone who is excited to join for a trip like this. Responsibilities

The Sole Stew will be responsible for providing excellent service to the owners and guests while participating in the adventurous cruising program. The role includes assisting with diving and exploring various destinations.
