HopgoodGanim Lawyers is seeking a committed practitioner at Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate level to join our Planning and Environment team.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with both public and private sector clients across a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Planning law and development approval processes, including litigation and dispute resolution;
  • Land Court proceedings involving property resumptions;
  • Environmental approvals, compliance and enforcement issues including prosecutions; and
  • Due diligence investigations on large property transactions and public floats.
