WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING…

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, development, sales and acquisitions, leases, woodlands, agricultural property, and telecoms
• Providing high-quality legal advice, assistance, and representation to clients while maintaining exceptional client care standards
• Working collaboratively within a busy team, ensuring a high standard of legal service delivery
• Advising clients on property transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Using legal case management systems efficiently to record and manage work
• Engaging in marketing and business development activities to build and maintain strong client and external stakeholder relationships
• Balancing client demands, caseload management, and non-casework responsibilities while ensuring all deadlines are met
• Promoting and adhering to all file and case management policies and procedures
• Representing the firm professionally, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the team’s success
