The Opportunity Our Band 1 ranked Competition, Regulation and Trade team have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Melbourne or Sydney office. To be successful in this role, you will have: 2+ years' experience in a leading private practice firm or relevant regulator experience in Australia. In-depth experience in competition and/or consumer and regulatory law, ideally in both advisory and contentious work. An excellent academic record, and natural commitment to continuous learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously. A curiosity about our client's businesses, and an ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support the ongoing growth of the practice. Responsibilities

The Solicitor will advise clients on competition, consumer law, and regulatory matters, including investigations and litigation. The role involves working collaboratively within a national and global team to provide strategic legal advice.
