Solicitor (Conveyancing)
We are delighted to be working with a well-established law firm in County Down to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor with experience in residential and/or commercial property transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the firm’s conveyancing practice.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
• Proven experience in managing residential and/or commercial property transactions.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in conveyancing.
• Experience with conveyancing and case management software is desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Case Management: Managing a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Client Relations: Providing clear and professional advice to clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the conveyancing process.
• Documentation: Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Liaison: Communicating effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, including clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors, to facilitate a smooth process.
• Compliance: Ensuring all conveyancing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on legal developments in property law and engaging in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills.
