• Provision of legal advice to the EirGrid Group on a wide range of complex Commercial, Contractual and Procurement matters affecting the business.
• Provision of effective legal advice, support and guidance to the business, tailored to meet the needs of the audience and presented in accessible language that can be understood by all.
• Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to identify legal issues, solutions and efficiencies.
• Instructing external legal advisors as required, and managing relationships with such advisors with a view to maximising value for money and minimising overall risk and cost to the EirGrid Group.
• Participating in legal team initiatives and meetings and proactively adding value to the legal team and business including by presenting to the business in a targeted and commercially focused manner on legal issues
