JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law and demonstrate exceptional communication, IT, and organisational skills. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of family law and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in IT applications relevant to legal practice management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in family law is desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing empathetic support to clients during challenging times.
