KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in civil litigation (claimant experience preferred, but not essential).
• Strong experience handling Fast Track and Multi-Track cases.
• Proven ability to conduct Case Management Conferences (CMCs) and hearings.
• Experience instructing and liaising with counsel effectively.
• A proactive, strategic, and client-focused approach.
