ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?

We are looking for a UK Qualified Solicitor, with the knowledge, expertise and experience to deliver first class legal advice and support to Fine Fair’s leadership team and colleagues across a diverse range of legal areas relevant to social housing.

• The ability to lead and manage team of paralegals
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Highly organised, able to prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

The legal work undertaken by the team is fast paced, interesting and varied, broadly covering the following areas of law:

• Property law, both commercial and residential
• Housing law/residential landlord and tenant
• Commercial contracts
• Governance, corporate, and information governance
• Litigation and dispute resolution
