Our experienced Commercial Property Solicitors are here to help our clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate law. Whether our clients are expanding their business, leasing a new office, or dealing with a complex property deal, we are ready to offer our expert advice and protect their interests at every step of the way.
What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing top-tier legal advice and services to our clients on all aspects of commercial property law. You will be not only be trusted to work by your own guidance but as part of our successful Commercial Property team.
As you will have previous commercial property experience (leasehold or freehold), you will be ready to take on your own caseload, ensuring effective case management to a high standard and provide support to other team members as required.
From drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and licences, preparing reports on title and leases through to exchanging contracts and dealing with completions, you will manage the entire process to provide seamless solutions our clients.
What do I need?
The ideal candidate will be at least 1-year post-qualification experience (PQE) or have at least 2 years’ experience as a fee earner within a Real Estate team. Experience within Residential Property would be preferable but not essential.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, with an ability to provide clear and concise advice are all essential skills that will set you up for success in this role.
