About the role The Civil Law Division at Port Macquarie has an ongoing opportunity for dynamic and passionate Solicitor I-III to join. As a Solicitor I-III, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential legal services to a diverse clientele, helping them overcome disadvantage and achieve justice. In this role, you will provide high-quality advice, minor assistance, and casework across various civil law areas. Using a trauma informed, client centred approach, you will help clients understand their rights and achieve practical outcomes. You are a motivated and adaptable solicitor with experience in general civil law and strong communication skills, able to build respectful relationships with clients, colleagues and community stakeholders. You work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
