SOLICITOR

Location: 128-142 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1DE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay rate: £ 179.38 per day

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of disrepair cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to disrepair issues.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
  • Support solicitors in court proceedings and negotiations.

Person Specification

  • Strong understanding of legal principles related to disrepair cases.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
