Proven experience in residential conveyancing and/or remortgage work

    • Experience dealing with company mortgage/advising company directors/guarantors independently

    • Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements surrounding independent legal advice
    • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to explain complex legal documents in a clear and concise manner
    • High attention to detail, professional integrity, and risk awareness
    • Comfortable working independently and managing a busy caseload

    • Keep up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices relating to ILA and residential property transactions
