We are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our exceptional team dealing with Court of Protection matters.
We will consider candidates who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Court of Protection work.

What the job involves:

• Managing and assisting on a varied caseload, advising clients on a full range of associated matters in the Court of Protection such as applications for the appointment of Deputies/Management of Property & Financial.
• Trustee Applications
• Liaising with IFAs in relation to the investment of Deputy Client funds and claiming Benefits from the DWP and local authority, as well as other day to day deputy file management.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
