In the role you will need:
· Experience of working on medical negligence claims.
· To have a sound understanding of the Pre Action-Protocol for Clinical Disputes and the CPR.
· The ability to analyse and interpret medical evidence.
· Knowledge of using case management software, ideally Proclaim.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong client care skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
· AvMa, Law Society clinical negligence panel or APIL membership (desired).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are looking for Grade B and Grade C qualified solicitors (or similar) who can hit the ground running to join our growing Medical Negligence Team in either Hull or Manchester office. You will manage your own caseload of medical negligence claims from start to finish, working closely with clients, medical experts and counsel to achieve the best possible outcomes. Also, there is the potential to have the opportunity to get involved in larger group actions and high-profile cases alongside senior colleagues.
