WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking to recruit a Solicitor / Legal Executive with at least 2 years of personal injury experience to join our growing Serious Injury department in our prestigious Manchester office. You will work as part of the well-established team on a variety of serious injury claims. You will assist lawyers in the team on cases involving road traffic accidents, employer’s liability claims and public liability claims.
The successful candidate will have a track record of progressing personal injury matters, will be supported by the Serious Injury department and will be joining a friendly team who work collaboratively to deliver the best results for our clients.

Responsibilities

You will work as part of a well-established team on a variety of serious injury claims. You will assist lawyers in the team on cases involving road traffic accidents, employer’s liability claims and public liability claims. The work will involve:

  • Speaking with and advising clients.
  • Reviewing evidence and records.
  • Drafting letters of instruction, court documents and Instructions to Counsel.
  • Attending conferences with Counsel and court hearings.
