Accuflex is working with a well-established legal services provider to recruit a solicitor for a 6-month temp-to-perm position within a high-performing consumer credit disputes team. This opportunity is ideal for a confident litigator with supervisory experience (supervising paralegals), a strong sense of integrity, and an interest in meaningful, high-volume dispute resolution.

THE ROLE

You will oversee a caseload of over 200 litigation matters and provide day-to-day supervision to a team of up to three paralegals. The work relates to consumer credit claims and involves debt recovery.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering strategic oversight, legal excellence, and operational support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a busy litigation caseload from pre-action to final hearing
• Supervise junior team members and provide legal oversight
• Draft pleadings, assess liability, and contribute to resolution strategy
• Support broader team collaboration and contribute to process improvement
