Our dynamic, well-established and friendly CS Litigation Team is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and highly skilled Non-Contentious Probate Solicitor to assist them in offering friendly and exceptional legal services to their clients. You will provide advice on trusts and probate law whilst assisting other contentious fee-earners within the team where necessary.
We have a mature hybrid working model here at J&P, with a focus on a healthy work/life balance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified to practice in England & Wales/registered legal executive
  • Completed the Legal Practice Course
  • Fully qualified STEP member (preferable but not essential)

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar field (or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills)
  • Experience preferably gained in a Legal 500 ranked firm.
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment

KNOWLEDGE

  • To have up to date knowledge of wills, trusts and probate processes, procedures and legislation
