Our well-established client is seeking to recruit a motivated, ambitious and excellent private client lawyer to join their Legal 500 ranked and award-winning team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private client law including simple and complex wills, lifetime tax planning, administration of estates, powers of attorney, elderly client matters and court of protection.
Highly organised, familiar with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel and ISO standards.
Genuine interest in private client work.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to write in a clear, straightforward and accurate manner.
Maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.
Great IT skills and able to use case management systems and software.
People friendly, a team player and a safe pair of hands who understands the importance of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care.
Proactive with a keen interest in looking for and capturing new business together with developing the team
