OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice, representing clients in Housing Disrepair matters along with, Leaseholder Claims and EPA matters. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
  • Strong litigation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
